Summary: The house was lovely for us. We loved that it’s basically located on a working farm and within close proximity to beaches and ice cream! This added to the charm and convenience of this property. Describing it as Waterfront is an accurate in that the property backed up to water, but there was no access to the water from the property. This was just a minor thing for us, but if you have your heart set on walking from the house to the water, it might not meet your expectations. Our stay happened to be during an unusual heat wave, so it was hot, but there were plenty of fans for us to use! We loved it, thank you!
