This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with a large loft home offers stunning views of the lake and is the perfect retreat for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a large living room with comfortable seating and huge windows that showcase the breathtaking lakefront. Not to mention the beautiful wood-burning fireplace! The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table or on the outdoor patio overlooking the water.

Our place is at the narrow end, a mile above the dam that separates the lake from the Damariscotta River and offers low boat traffic, great fishing, and a dock location where you can enter and exit the lake in about 7-8 feet of water. Come enjoy this piece of paradise offering kayaks, SUPs, a canoe, private dock, and float you can swim to. Oh, and don't forget those cool Maine evenings where you can enjoy a blanket mid-summer! If that's not enough for you, the quaint town of Damariscotta is only 5 miles away and offers boutique shopping, great restaurant options, a full service grocery store and a place or two to grab a cocktail!
