Welcome to our beautiful Cape Cod home in Seacoast Shores!
Our home in located on a quiet street steps from an Association beach. We sleep up to 10 people with plenty of room to spread out in the front living room and a spacious sunroom/family room.
Four Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is plenty of room for your extended family. Other amenities include central A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer in basement, deck, gas grill, newly refinished fenced-in private yard, large driveway, and shed full of beach equipment.

(Please note that the upstairs bedrooms are very large)

The living room is situated by the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a family room/sunroom providing more hangout and relaxation space. Three televisions, Cable TV and wifi available.
3) Yard: Large deck with outdoor furniture, newly renovated fenced in yard, gas grille, conveniently stocked shed and a kayak, and fire pit. Also, 4 car parking in driveway.
4) Beaches: The private association beach is small & protected by the bay and Washburn Island. Many public beaches are a short drive away. Menauhant Beach is 3 miles away. Weekly beach parking stickers are available through the Falmouth Beach Department.
5) Our location is perfect for all of your Summer vacation needs!! Cape Cod Winery, Historic Downtown Falmouth, Bad Martha's Brewery, Mashpee Commons, bike paths, and many golf courses. Also, Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is a short drive away.
We provide ALL linens and towels. So just bring your clothes and enjoy your stay!
