Menauhant, Falmouth Heights beaches only 5 minute drive. Check out my reviews they speak for themselves. Updated furniture, mattresses, bedding, new Kitchen and baths, walk in tile shower, washer/dryer, central AC, new appliances, fire pit, outdoor shower in backyard, patio set and propane grille on back deck. Swimming pool at clubhouse with pickleball, tennis courts, playground, park, shuffleboard, bay side marina, kayaking, fishing, park, ping pong, etc, all within walking distance. Master Bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has double bed and 3rd bedroom has twin bunk bed, also have queen pull out couch in living room. If interested in Pool/Clubhouse access this is an additional fee, dates for pool are June 28th - September 6th. **Sorry NO PETS**.
