Summary: Amazing hotel, staff is sweet and do everything they can to help with giving you a good stay. The shuttlebus is just Amazing to have, taking you around Ubud, you just write them, and the bus comes shortly after. I have only one thing, the minibar, is so noisy, and i mean noisy, it will wake you up every 10 minutes, and make noise for 10-12 minutes, so we had to unplug it. Even after we unpluged it, we could still hear it from the next room.
