Walk to deeded rights beautiful sandy beach for residents and guests, off Seacoast Shores Blvd in East Falmouth. Sleeps 6. Have drink on the large deck, play chess or cards under deck umbrella. Cook in a gas grill or gas stove inside. All utensils and cooking ware. Air conditioner if necessary. A flat-screen TV with cable and wifi. Clean fresh bedding. Outdoor shower. Close to Mashpee Common and many fine restaurants. No pets and no smoking.
Note: I recommend that if you have small children to use a stroller for walking to the private beach.
