Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Bed was comfortable, air conditioners worked well. Location was convenient for me. Host was very responsive and always answered my emails promptly. There was a code to get into the front door which I received in a timely manner. The host should probably add this to the instructions for using the code. #1. should be to touch the blank code pad to bring up the numbers!! Kitchen was well-supplied and coffee was available.

Negative: Not a problem this visit, but the site has 3 apartments. Only one is available now. But all three will share a bathroom in the future and that would not be something I would want. It worked fine for me this time as the only guest. The host expressed concern about the plumbing and not blocking the toilet. That made me kind of nervous.

Summary: Basic place to stay, no bells and whistles, but comfortable.
