Originally built as an artist’s hideaway on the unique protected waters of Taunton Bay, Escape is a perfect refuge for those looking to enjoy the water, explore the islands and shores, or lounge on the massive deck.
“Escape” is a modern, spacious vacation retreat with 2BR and a large loft, 3Baths and a large wraparound deck that steps down to the granite grottos of Taunton Bay. The downstairs flooring and carpeting have just been redone.
A spacious master suite offers great bay views from every window and a pink granite fireplace. The main kitchen is open and well appointed with stainless appliances and a rough granite half wall separating it from the dining and living rooms. The loft has three beds, great views and a game area for the children. A small second bedroom, with views, is situated on the main level adjacent to a bath/laundry room. Two canoes and a kayak are available for exploring the bay and the mussel bed.
