Camellia Lodge is filled with natural light and has an open plan living with a split system heating, heated floors in the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and a comfortable King Size Bed. It also features wonderful views of the gardens from its balcony.
Located in 24 acres of historical Dennarque Estate gardens, which have been featured in local and international media, and regarded by many as the best cold climate garden in Australia.
The gardens were designed over 140 years ago by the then Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney director, Charles Moore. The Gardens still retain a large number of original plantings from late 1880s that were introduced from various countries around the world.
There are many rare species of maples, rhododendrons, camellias, dahlias and many other exotic and rare plants. A Japanese influenced garden has recently been added to Estate.
Rarely open to the public, the exotic cool climate gardens of Dennarque Estate are best experienced as in-house guests.
