Built in 1866, Breathe Inn is a historic Victorian country estate in the heart of the Catskills. The home is surrounded by acres of natural landscape with dramatic mountain views. With a pool, yoga studio, and space for large groups, this home is perfect for bringing people together, whether you're hitting the slopes at nearby Hunter, Windham or Belleayre, or just kicking back by the pool. This multi-level home, with classic design elements and a modern interior features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with room for up to 14 guests.
The main floor is built for entertaining with a fully stocked chef’s kitchen that leads to a spacious open concept dining room with an oversized table with room for everyone. Beyond, there are multiple living room areas, The open layout flows seamlessly into making it perfect for gatherings, family dinners, or time spent with friends.
Each living space offers plenty of nooks and sofas for reading, writing, or just relaxing. The cozy woodstove will warm you after a day of skiing or hiking, or cuddle up in the conversation area with built-in seating, cushions and a boho chic chandelier. Adjacent is the ping pong room surrounded by glass windows offering a beautiful view. There is also a separate media room with TV for movie nights on this floor. This sofa can be converted into another bed when you’ve got a full house.
