The house has 7 bedrooms, 1 living rooms, 2 full and 1 half bathrooms, a little backyard, 1 oversized porches, 1 laundry etc! All within the arm-reach from the downtown Boston, Harvard MIT less then 2 mins walk to the green line train station with only 5 stops to central Boston! Several cafes, restaurants, bars/Irish pubs
Rental Property Terms and Conditions
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $500 fee may apply if evidence of smoking is found. Additional costs may be charged for items that cannot be restored or cleaned.
The grill must always be used in an open area and placed safely away from any structures.

If anything is found to be broken or in poor condition upon arrival, guests must report it within four hours of check-in using the booking platform's messaging system and photo documentation. This helps us ensure everything is in good shape at check-in.
