The exterior of the home is large and professionally landscaped with walking paths ,a deck and a hot tub.
The primary bedroom suite features a king size bed with full bathroom and is located on the first floor.
The second floor features an additional 3 very large bedrooms and a new full bath. One room features a Queen bed ,one has a King and two Doubles and one has two Queens. In addition on the second floor is an office and an large family room perfect for kids.
The lower level has an additional 1100 square feet of finished space with a game room and full bath.
This well appointed home has central AC, two gas fireplaces a large back deck and beautifully landscaped yard.
Osterville Village is one of seven Villages of the town of Barnstable. Located on the south side of the Cape, the Village faces beautiful Nantucket Sound. During the summer months,many events take place in the Village. Dating back to the 1600's the land was originally known as Cotachessett. As Oystering gained popularity the land came to be known as Oysterville, it is believed the name Osterville was the result of misspelling of the original name.
