Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location. It was so quiet apart from the chittering and trilling of the jungle inhabitants, and the heated pool…wow!

Negative: Bearing in mind that we are surrounded by the jungle. A couple of our meals had too many flies hovering around. Several times I was bitten by very small insects. However, the hotel is built into jungle. Both issues can be managed.

Summary: Great stay as a retreat. More frequent pest management will lift this hotel’s presence from great to excellent.
