The kitchen is serviced with a glass cooktop and dishwasher to ensure mum has a holiday too, polished timber flooring throughout with huge wooden outdoor table for the balcony. Master bedroom with built-ins and balcony exit with ocean views. Second bedroom with built-ins and laundry at rear next to the backyard exit.
Ground floor boasts the third and fourth bedroom, both with built-ins. Bathroom with separate bath and shower and exit to double lock up garage.
