Summary: Checking is was no issue. Driveway was tight. Happened to stay when temperature was above 100 degrees for 2 days. Was told that to not turn on all of the a/c units as it would pop a breaker. In retrospect, I should have asked which units to NOT turn on as we did pop a breaker and has no A/c. Took a while bit they did send a representative to reset and then had no issues. Bathtub in 2nd floor bathroom doe not drain while taking a shower. Other than these issues, the property itself was awesome.
