As soon as you drive through the stone pillars and up the knoll, you'll know you've chosen a special place to spend your vacation. Imagine waking up and meandering out to the yard for your morning coffee while overlooking the lake - be sure to bring a camera because you'll most likely see a deer foraging for her breakfast or evening meal. The cottage is just 10 years old and offers a bright and open living space with large window looking out to the lake. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds and a full bath. All of the living space is on the second floor, above the large garage and laundry room. The owner had a long term renter until recently and is in the process of furnishing the living area. Photos will be added as this progresses during Spring, 2022. Bed sizes listed are accurate. Back outside, you'll find a beautiful open lot with plenty of room for setting up an easel or relaxing with a book. In the evenings, have dinner in the screened gazebo while taking in the crisp, fresh air. Later, gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores and reconnecting. You will be given a parking pass for the Town beach on Lake Winnipesaukee at Long Island - just half a mile away, where you take a swim on a hot summer day or bring a blanket for an afternoon on the sand. Is Rover giving you the side-eye every time you speak of your upcoming vacation? Well tell him that he's going too! You may bring your best friend (dog, that is) depending on the size and kind and with the owners prior approval and $150 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $45 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
