The entire house has new hardwood floors, a new kitchen and fresh paint. The cottage is fully furnished and well equipped with "Pottery Barn" style furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Upstairs is a kids loft area. There is one full bath downstairs with tub/shower. All linens and towels are included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The house has an enclosed front porch with chairs and a queen bed. The detached garage provides a rustic getaway with Adirondack style chairs and table for quiet reading or projects. A Weber Q gas grill is also provided.
This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street comprised mostly of 1930's Sears & Roebuck houses. It's only 3 blocks from downtown Camden where delightful shops, restaurants, galleries, the library and the beautiful harbor await. The YMCA is located a half mile from the house.
