Summary: The pool and hot tub were closed which was a complete let down. I specifically used a pool hot tub filter when searching but hotels.com didn’t know the service wasn’t available for 2 weeks. It’s not the hotels fault I blame the app for not letting us know. However I have to say I usually take our own pillows when we travel but these pillows were so comfortable I didn’t even use my own.
