Featuring open plan living and dining area, opening up onto the deck the floor to ceiling glass really maximises the vista of Whale Beach. Located on this level are 2 of the 5 bedrooms that share a bathroom.
With spacious design and stylish interiors this newly renovated home includes not only a unique pool but also a jet master fireplace, ticking many of the boxes for an ideal stay at any time of the year! Downstairs you will find a second living area, two more bedrooms and another bathroom. You will also find access to a beautiful outdoor paved area that is met by a lush lawn, only a handful of properties in this area are able to offer this. The natural shrub line offers a comforting barrier however children must be watched at all times.

The lounge offers a comfy option to curl up and enjoy, can get some fresh prawns to go with the wine and makes for an ideal alfresco dinner, the kids can amuse themselves in the pool or upstairs watching TV!

Location and the spectacular pool! So close to Whale Beach, not only walking distance to the beach you are also walking distance to The Whale Beach Deli the ideal spot for family breakfasts or the much needed coffees for parents! The closeness to the beach is just ideal as it really gives the best of both worlds, kids can play in the beach or the pool. Speaking of the pool it is a little smaller however the unique design of the glass wall is absolute hours of entertainment for the kids! They cannot get enough of it! Which enable us parents to relax and enjoy the sunshine and views from the courtyard!
