Great Location: Car Ferry ticket available for July and August weeks. Clean, comfortable, 3 bedroom vacation home with AC and heat. Spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, trundle bed, wicker furniture, spacious closet, adjoining full bath, computer desk area with YFi on the landing outside the master bedroom area and sliders leading to a small private outside deck. The main floor has a full bath, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each (converted to kings upon request), new Bosch stacked washer/dryer unit in the stairwell closet, a great room with sitting area including sofa, loveseat, 2 comfortable reading chairs, wooden coffee/game table, a flat screen TV and a dining table with 6 chairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishwasher and electric stove. There's also a counter with 3 stools, The extensive wrap around deck has quaint flower boxes with flowers and herbs. The deck also has a large outside shower with open ceiling, comfortable bench, foot shower and hot & cold overhead shower. For outside dining the deck is equipped with a round umbrella table, 6 chairs, 4 Adirondack style chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 2 snack tables and of course, a gas grill. The yard is primarily wooded with hydrangeas and lilies lining the y shaped driveway. There is a rope swing. Beach chairs ( 4 high back and 2 sand ) and 2 beach umbrellas are provided for your use. The house is an easy bike ride (less than 2 miles) or short drive to South Beach, Edgartown Village, Edgartown Great Pond, Morning Glory Farm, Right Fork Diner, and the bike path. You can hike (1 mile) from our house through green belt area on dirt road to Edgartown Great Pond. Playgrounds, tennis courts, ball fields, fish store, coffee shops, harbor, movie theater, book store, ice cream shops, library, clamming, fishing, bait shops, clothing stores and restaurants are all within 1.5 miles. No need to sit in traffic to get to beautiful South Beach or Edgartown center from our house. Come enjoy all the Vineyard has to offer.
