Enter through the nicely equipped kitchen where you'll find plenty of space to cook on your extended stay. As you walk down the hall, you'll glance into the dining room that seats at least 8. Make your way into the family room with plenty of room for movie night after a fun day in the sun. The first floor also includes a bedroom with queen sized bed and full bath, including the washer / dryer. As you head upstairs on the open staircase, to the left you'll find the ''sisters room'' with two queen beds, the primary bedroom to the right with king bed and sitting area, and finally, another full bath. Don't want to shower inside? No problem - we have an outdoor shower too!
A 2.5 mile drive has you at both Dennis Pines or Dennis Highlands Golf Course. 3 miles & you’re sunning at Mayflower or Gray's beach, two of the areas best spots. Located on the Yarmouth Bike Path, this house is a .6 mile walk to Flax Pond conservation walking trails. Wind down after a beach or links day in the lush 1/2 acre newly cleared & landscaped yard, perfect for lounging and lawn games (pictures to follow).
As you contemplate dinner, you may even decide to use the gas grill on the patio, and sit at the outdoor dining table. You'll also relax in one of the cushioned chair, watching the sky turn a beautiful pink as the sun fades. Once dark, a firepit will roar in the chiminea, as you listen to your favorite music.
