Summary: I think the idea of the hotel is cute. I’ve stayed at a few boutique hotels, but sadly this one was not one I’d recommend. The woman at the front desk when I arrived had a kind disposition. The room was awful. I had to pay $40 for a bathroom in my room bc I didn’t realize I booked a shared bathroom originally. The new room had a toilet inside the shower - it smelled like feet and poop in the entire room as a result. There were boogers on the walls next to the bed and hair nearly everywhere. The heat was slow to work, the lotion bottle was completely empty upon arrival. It just looked like the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The parking was a 10 min walk and about 6 blocks away for $35. There were no instructions provided so I almost didn’t get the hotel discount bc the hotel didn’t provide a voucher. This was more a boutique hostel then hotel and I think the nightly rate is indicative of everything being overpriced in Boston.
