Enjoy this stunning home in the heart of Lakes Region with access to Lake Winni! This Chalet style home easily sleeps 8, (3 Bedrooms, 1 of them a Loft). The space
Outside you can create memories with a fire pit for those summer or winter s'more nights and sit on a swinging bench under the deck . Inside on the lower level you will find a small entertainment room stocked with games, foosball table, magnet dartboard, Ring game, TV and sofa bed. As well as 1 bedroom, with 1 queen bed and a bunk bed, adjacent to that is a full bathroom with washer and dryer. Upstairs you can enjoy the main living room with tall chalet style windows and a stone fireplace. On this level you will also find the second bedroom with queen bed, another full bath, the kitchen with all amenities and sunroom with dining table and chairs. Step outside this main living area to the deck and you will find the hot tub, chairs, and breathtaking views of Gunstock Mountain. Let's not forget the Loft area that can be reached by the main living area. On the loft you will find 1 queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Also in the loft you will find a working desk and printer.
*Note: The house is located on the Mountain and has a short steep driveway.
*Gunstock Acres are pretty good about keeping roads clean during winter, however, please keep in mind that if booking in the winter some cars may struggle on the snowy roads.
