The Lodge - Here's one-of-kind home on a one-of-a-kind setting with an 8 acre private lake. This home sits on a 70 acre parcel with 15 acres of well-manicured lawn. Guests enjoy watching the abundant wildlife; there are white-tailed deer, wild turkeys and Canada Geese along with multiple species of ducks that make their home on the lake.
Your host provides 2 canoes for enjoyment on the lake.
The Lodge has 1240 square feet of wrap-around covered porches. Part of this porch includes a screened-in area that is ideal for outdoor dining and grilling. Every room and all of the porches enjoy a view of the lake.
The awesome interior has a vaulted ceiling in the great room. The open floor plan is anchored by a large fieldstone fireplace in the center. The sitting areas easily flow into a dining area which leads to the kitchen. In addition to the dining table, there is seating at the kitchen counter. The rambling space allows many opportunities for people to gather in different areas or all together in the great room.
There are exit doors from every room to the wrap-around porch. There is one large, flat-screen TV in the Great Room, as well as 1 TV in the primary King bedroom; supreme privacy and the quiet of nature make this home very special.
