Summary: Room was great, staff was very helpful, location is wonderful for an American Girl experience! The lounge was a great perk for before our room was ready and then while waiting for a taxi to head back to the airport hours after we checked out but they held our bags. I was very happy with the choice as a first time New York City tourist.
