Bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed with single above and a separate single bed. There is a fold down bed that could sleep 1 adult. The property has ceiling and floor fans, electric heating, and air conditioning. Large living dining area. Outdoor decking with Barbecue and pizza oven. 5 Minute walk to shops, supermarket, coffee shop and pub.
The town has a boat ramp. Fishing is good in the river and in the nearby ocean at Venus bay 6km away. It is 40 minutes from Wilsons Promontory and at the gateway to the Prom Adventure. Venus Bay nearby has all the features of a wonderful surf beach. The house is ideally suited for the adventure of exploring the coast and its hidden treasures.
Being on the river there is a possibility of water sports and enjoyment for all. Those who want to river relax can do so while others can explore the surf beach or walks in the the area. There is room for boat storage on the property. The front deck provides relaxation places for those who simply want to sit and wind down.
