The property is perfect for a beach holiday, located across the dunes from the main Ocean Grove surf beach, a short 4 minute walk and your toes will be in the sand. The property is fully self contained and ideally suited to a family, or 1-2 couples. The rear facing deck provides a spacious outdoor entertaining area, with bbq, outdoor seating and umbrella provided. The view across the Bogola bird life wetlands are spectacular and the property has rear gate access to the walking path around the lake. The kitchen features all modern amenities with a large fridge and pantry, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, a breakfast bench and a large dining table, the kitchen and dining area with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living area is well appointed with leather furniture, including a recliner and a pull out double sofa if required. The room has a large screen TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. All 3 bedrooms have built in robes and ceiling fans. The main comes with a queen size bed, bedroom 2 a double, and bedroom 3 has two sets of single bunk beds. The property has gas ducted heating throughout. The bathroom has both a shower and bathtub, the self contained laundry a washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Please note bed linen and towels are not provided. There is also a hot and cold outside shower for those sandy returns from the beach. The property has enough car parking for 4 noting the street is no standing. The main shopping strip is a 15 minute walk away, with shops, cafe's and restaurants, while the Ocean Grove Hotel is a 20 minute walk. The Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving Club is a 25 minute walk along the beach, and what a beach it is ! Property available for booking through January 2020 only at this stage. Check in is 3pm, Check out is 11am. Enjoy.
