The space & community: Sunset Atelier sits in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. We ask that guests honor the character of the neighborhood, no smoking, no parties. Gatherings of more than 8 guests require advance approval.
Stays of 7+ nights: Weekly cleaning is required for stays over 7 days. Mid-stay cleans can also be arranged through our housekeeping partner for an additional $250.
