Minutes from Sunapee Mountain, several beaches, Hiking, Zip line tours, Eastman Golf Links, Baker Hill Golf Course, All Water Recreation Activities and so much more. Unlimited Winter and Summer recreation and amenities.
Recently renovated. Very clean. A second & third story unit above two first story units. Custom original wood work throughout. Beautiful hard wood floors. 1640 sq ft. 2 bedrooms (Queen Beds), 1 Bedroom with custom bunk beds & a regular twin bed. Third floor bedroom is spacious, consisting of a queen size bed, a twin size bed, relax on the couch or send some emails sitting at the desk. This 3rd floor Bedroom also has its own full bathroom. Custom pine board ceiling and bathroom custom pine surround. 2 full bathrooms, Kitchen, Family Room, full season porch looking over Lake Sunapee and Viewing Mt Sunapee Private entrance.

Lake and mountain views from 3rd floor bedroom as well. Short walk to waterfront across the street. 15 min from Mount Sunapee, Minutes from several beaches to include Lake Sunapee and Eastman Lake, Dozens of Hiking Trails, Fishing, Dining, Top New Hampshire Golf Courses minutes away, Tennis, Pickle Ball and so much more.

Summary: We loved it. The owners set the expectation with great communication early on check-in day, going above & beyond, to help us get the most enjoyment out of our stay. The house was spotless and spacious. The beds comfy w/ very nice linens. The layout was great for optimal family fun - super comfy livingroom chairs & couch, and a big adjacent dining room table for meals & games. With kids, it's so great to have laundry (I had brought Tide Pods, but of course, Kim provided laundry soap etc.). The kids LOVED the bunk bed and had to take turns. So many little nuances of this house really make you feel like you're on a cozy mountain vacation. Proximity to Sunapee & town essentials (grocery, pizza) was closer than Google Maps indicates too, which was great. Pizza & wings from Bubba's were yummy, and the kitchen very well appointed for cooking. Loved the big All Clad pot for making a family dinner! We will 100% be back!
