This house is a duplex. Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit. Guests must climb 1 set (roughly 10 steps) of stairs to access the unit The basement unit is rented separately. Each unit is completely separate and private from one another, including private entrances.
The covered balcony is for your own private use. The backyard is shared with the basement tenants.
The home has central air conditioning and heating. The thermostat is located in the other unit and locked between the range of 21-23 degrees Celsius. If temperature changes are required, please let us know and we can adjust the temperature with our phone.
We like to give guests their own space but we're always just a message away should you have any questions or require assistance.
The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!
Please note we provide an initial stock of supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, etc.). If you're staying for an extended period of time and run out of this initial stock, we kindly ask you to purchase anything additional you may need.
