Enter the home through the custom front door and find all three bedrooms and two bathrooms conveniently located on the 1st floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a California king-size Tempurpedic mattress, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom a queen sized bed, both with 42” TV’s and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
The 2nd floor showcases a spacious and luxurious white water ocean and sunset view living room featuring a large fireplace, 90” flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all. A beautiful modern kitchen also offers ocean and sunset views and has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. This beautiful and natural light-filled great room also includes a dining area for 6 guests. The half-bath is also located on this floor. This home also offers extra fast WI-FI and Direct TV, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and three parking spaces in the driveway for your convenience
