As you enter the cozy home, you are greeted with amazing, panoramic views of the Kennebec River, which feeds into the Atlantic Ocean. The comfy home provides a well equipped newly remodeled kitchen, with all new appliances, an open floor plan with the dining area and living room. A few steps down the hall brings you to the 2 bedrooms, and one full bath. Each bedroom offers a king size bed, while the bathroom is small, it furnishes a bathtub/shower combo. Just outside the kitchen presents a great deck area complete with outdoor furnishings, dining set, propane grill, fire pit, hammock, and beautiful views of the water. Conveniently, there is a boat launch just a road over from the home. This is surely a special place to stay, and begin making memories ! We will welcome your pup as well, for an additional pet fee.

The home is in close proximity to the Great Popham Beach, Fort Popham, Reid State Park, Thomas Point Beach, Morse Mountain, and other great hiking trails as well as ocean areas to explore. Bath is also within reasonable driving distance to Harpswell, Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset, Bar Harbor, Freeport and Portland, and more ! This location makes a perfect home base for exploring the area, or just simply a relaxing getaway ! We look forward to hosting your stay !
