Towels, pillows, quilts and blankets are provided, guest are required to provide their own sheets or you can inquire about a service to have them delivered to the home prior to your arrival and collected at the end of your stay for a fee. Primary bedroom en-suite is situated with a new queen bed (2025) bureau, TV and A/C. Primary bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom off the hallway has a tub/shower combo, tiled floor, double vanity and a W/D. The spacious kitchen has all new stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing your meals. Dining table will seat 8 people with an additional dining table in the open living room which is perfect for board games or additional dining. The French doors off of the dining area open up to the deck that is appointed with table and chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. There is a new (2024) outdoor shower just off of the deck. Large fenced yard for your enjoyment The family room is very spacious with comfy furnishings including a Crate and Barrel sectional, comfy chairs, and flat screen TV with Direct TV offering all the premium channels.
