This beautiful and continuously updated 3-bedroom villa offers a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds for guests to relax in. We continue to make updates and have added all new LVP flooring in the bedrooms just this summer, new paint throughout, new living room and kitchen furniture pieces to enjoy. From our spacious patio, with new cushions and patio table and chairs, enjoy the view of the Santa Anna Mountains. Our Legacy Villa Community provides a 24-hour guard gate as well as 12 outdoor saltwater pools and Jacuzzis to select from.
Steps from your door you have direct access to one of these saltwater pools. Just a short walk to the main community pool that offers cabanas, pool chairs, splash pad, infinity pool and space to enjoy without feeling crowded. There are two lap pools for the serious swimmer on the property and with so many to choose from within short walking distance you might even have a pool to yourself. The hammock garden and extra seating around the community lawn provides other spaces to relax and visit with friends and family. The clubhouse is available for rental as well. The community outdoor grills are available for use. No extra fee. You also have access to the outdoor fireplaces near the clubhouse. Our clubhouse features dinning in season (check hours).
The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Master bath has a large, amazing tub for relaxing. In addition, there is a living room sofa bed for extra space. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook in or eat out and enjoy the view from the outdoor patio table with seating for six.
Legacy Villas is connected to the historic La Quinta Resort by Waldorf Astoria by a pedestrian walkway. Explore and enjoy the restaurants and services available at the resort. Reservations are required for the Resort dining, spa, and golf. Please contact the resort to line these up directly.
