The dining area has a rectangular wooden table that comes with six elegant upholstered dining chairs that is perfect for that fancy dinner you have been dreaming of for your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances that you need for cooking, making coffee, or toast.
There are king-sized beds in each bedroom waiting for you. All of them are fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep for all of you. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 22 minutes’ drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.
There are supermarkets available that is just walking distance from the property buIlding.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

Impact on Facilities: Please note that in order to facilitate the rectification works, there will be some temporary disruptions:
Swimming Pool Closure: The swimming pool area will be temporarily closed until end of march 2025 starting from 6th January 2025 We shall keep you all update on progress.
Landscape & Kids play Areas: The landscape and kids play area will also have water proofing works performed Following the rectification works, the water proofing testing will be conducted prior to commencing the final paint touch up works of the area. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this period. We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents and are taking these necessary steps to enhance the integrity and functionality of our building
