With outdoor dining seating 14, comfortable and large outdoor lounge, outdoor fans and heaters, there is no bad time of year to watch the kids play at the custom mud kitchens and cubby, jump on the trampoline, enjoy basketball rings, soccer goals and 4 types of swings. The back deck overlooks this family paradise with the rolling hills behind, filled with fruit trees and shade and plenty of room to kick the ball.
Or take your wine to the front deck with views everywhere you look - nature reserve to the front - and fire up the wood pizza oven or feed your crowd using the incredible and enormous bull bbq with tap and sink.
Snuggle up on the couch in winter in front of the combustion fire (wood provided), and stay cool with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning in the living rooms and all bedrooms to make sure you are always comfortable.
The house affords plenty of entertainment for when you aren't out exploring Lonely Planet's best beach, with free unlimited wifi and streaming services connected to the televisions in both lounges.
