Recently installed air conditioning. Upstairs apartment in a beautiful renovated barn that has an outside entrance. One bedroom plus queen sized platform bed in the living room. Sleeps up to four people. Has an outside deck. Designated right of way to water. Two blocks walk to many restaurants and shops of Southwest Harbor. On Mount Desert Island with Acadia National Park. Well behaved pets are permitted. Place rents weekly Sat to Sat. Owner will be away until 5/20/19 and I will not be able to respond to reservations until after that date.

Summary: This was the perfect little space for our family of 4! This property is an old barn that has be updated and converted and has been done so tastefully. Marie and Bernie are the sweetest property owners. They made sure that we were comfortable at all times! The neighbors are also very sweet. We were able to walk to town in 5 minutes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even to the little market store. This town truly has everything you could possibly need! You're also just minutes away from the harbor and marina by foot. We look forward to visiting this property again!
