It has a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, bar, pool table and 65 inch TV. A perfect place to hangout with friends. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old. MAX 5 guests. No parties. The barn is on our property, we are in the house should you need anything, otherwise it is private.
