Positive: Beautiful location with stunning bungalows! The restaurant, serving both european and tipical cusine, was really good and enjoyable. We had a great massage in their SPA.

Negative: The staff was pretty disorganized and we had quite a few problems. At our arrival (we arrived after midnight but we told them in advance and they replied it was ok) we had difficulties finding someone to check in and help us out. Laudry was not ready when we agreed on (and that was a problem since it was our last day and we needed to leave early the next morning). At last, when we checked out, there was no one to ask to help us with the luggage (we travel with a big trolley and 2 handbags each) and our bungalow was pretty far from the entrance. Even if we were told more than once to ask for help their phone was off and no one answerwed our noumerous calls. Since my husband had a back pain I had to carry both the big luggages by myself on variuous stairs and cobblestones (would defenitly not reccomand it at 5.30 AM). We asked for help to plan some excursions and they could not help or suggest anyone able to do it. I would have expected more from such a beautiful place!
