It is situated on 10+ wooded acres with a screened porch for outdoor grilling and dining, a wraparound deck for bird watching or afternoon dozing and a separate outdoor beer garden with a fire pit and plenty of firewood. It also includes a separate on-property cabin in the woods, about 100 yards from the main house, reachable across a foot bridge and up an established trail. The cabin doesn't have plumbing but does have a cozy twin futon bed and wood stove. Perfect for a few hours of reading, writing or relaxing away from the main house, or for anyone looking for a close-to-home wilderness daytime or overnight adventure.
This is a perfect home for multi-generational family gatherings or groups of friends who want to spend time together while also enjoying some privacy and breathing room. The open concept living/dining room has a stylish and functional Wittus shaker wood stove, and there are unique, personalized touches like art and books throughout this owner-owned home.
