Richview is in a calm bay on Morrison Lake with 110 feet of lake frontage, faces east and is just an acre in size. It has a large level lawn that leads all the way to the sandy shoreline with a shallow waterfront; perfect for children to play and be safe. Swimming or fishing from your dock is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon.
The beach runs the full width of the property, a 110 feet of sand, perfect for building sandcastles on.
Enjoy exploring the lake by kayak, canoe or paddleboat. Challenge your friends to a game of horseshoes. Access FREE WIFI internet, play board and card games, and enjoy movies on DVD or Satellite TV. At night, roast marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit - some wood is provided; and best of all, enjoy star-gazing, you can even see the Milky Way on most nights.
