Summary: We had a spacious apartment that could benefit from a good cleaning. We arrived at 6.30 pm to find we were locked out with no instructions on how to get our room key. There was nobody available at reception at any point during our 3 day stay. There was no WiFi information available in the room. We had to pay to store our luggage on the day we checked out because reception was extremely unreliable. Overall we had a disappointing experience and an unpleasant stay.
