Summary: From the moment I arrived, I could tell the Residence Inn Windsor staff was exceptional! I was greeted warmly, accommodated entirely and the rooms were big and spacious. Further, I had cleaning service every day! A hidden jewel of a hotel 5 minutes away from Bradley Airport. I'll definitely stay there again.
