This fantastic and modern Parc Avenue flat has everything you could want - and then some! From the enormous walk in shower, to the murphy bed, to the ample balcony, this place has it all. And for all its cool, it's also a new unit, so, comfort. Minutes away from Place des Arts, the one and only Pikolo Espresso Bar, and pullman - a superbly hip new wine bar. The Space: Everything in the unit oozes comfort. Our goal is to make sure that you're as comfortable as possible for the entire duration of your stay. We only provide spaces where guests are thankful to come home to at the end of the day. Guest Access: The whole space is yours. Size wise, that's not saying a lot, but we think you'll agree once you're here, that good things come in small packages. Interaction with Guests: We'll do our best to greet you upon arrival and show you around - but, if the logistics don't allow for that we'll send out some simple self check-in instructions that will get you all set up! After that you'll be left to your own devices. And speaking of devices, ours are always in our pockets. So if there is ANYTHING - day or night - we're available. Feel very free to reach out if there's need. The Neighborhood: Being in such a central location is magnificent. You're at the foot of the mountain, but you're only a couple minutes from Sainte Catherine street. Mile End and our famous bagels are due north and world famous St Laurent is a few minutes east. No matter your fancy, it'll be well tickled from this space. Getting Around: Buses: the 24 and the 80 are both super close. One runs east/west on Sherbrooke, one runs north south on Parc. Plus metro McGill is a short walk away. Beyond that there is a Bixi stand at the top of the street and of course, Montreal is one of the most walkable cities in the world. Other Things to Note: A LOT of work went into this place. That, combined with its size, makes it a little bit our baby. The cool thing for you is that you know that with the amount of care that went into it, nothing has been overlooked. So you're gonna guarantee yourself a great experience.
