Positive: Beautiful building in an amazing location by the Marina / The Walk - walking into the building it all feels very luxurious. The apartment itself is ideal for a short stay in Dubai. Good facilities with washing machine, dishwasher and two bathrooms which is a bonus. Very clean and organised. There are steps down onto the beach front from level 5 which is handy. There is an incredible rooftop bar on the top floor of the hotel next door. Agent/Customer Service easily contactable.

Negative: We had to move into this property last minute as our previous accommodation cancelled on us, but we didn't find the check in process to be easy. Understand it was a last-minute booking but we had to wait until 3pm to meet a representative from the company, who then didnt have time to attend and just told us to check ourselves in. We are aware that the apartment was actually clean and ready for us since 12pm so seemed a waste for us to have to hang around all day. There is nowhere to leave your bags in the lobby so we ended up sitting with our suitcases for a few hours whilst we had a lot of back and forth with the agents to allow us to drop our bags in the room. Again, no reason why we couldnt have just checked in at this point. Additionally when we were staying the boiler broke and was leaking significantly into the bathroom and left us with no hot water - however I must say customer service were efficient and had it fixed within 36 hours, and dont envisage this would be an issue moving forward.
