Overlooking the causeway, causeway beach, Deer Isle bridge, multiple islands, Eggemoggin Reach, and adjacent to 20 acres of Island Heritage Trust lands (Scott's Landing), this cottage offers an incredible vacation experience for two. The cottage itself is modest, cozy, comfortable and well supplied. The living and dining area look north to Eggemoggin Reach, and the kitchen looks to Causeway Beach and beyond. The master bedroom is off the dining area and includes a full bath. The cottage has its own dock and sandy beach. Walk to adjacent Scott's Landing for easy hiking and exploring. A favorite place for bird watching. There is also a small tidal pond on the property. Sorry, no pets here because of allergies.
