Upstairs there is two twin XL beds and a 2 twin beds. The kitchen has full size appliances and your basic cookware. Outside you will find a patio set, fire pit and Weber grill on a concrete patio. Situated with direct access to the ATV and snowmobile trails and just 30 minutes from Sunday River, Black Mountain of Maine and Mount Abram for our skiing guest.
