Located approximately forty minutes south of Adelaide on the pristine Fleurieu Peninsula and surrounded by world-renowned McLaren Vale wineries, Aldinga Beach is the perfect place to holiday year-round.
The property consists of one main house with three bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a fully self-contained granny flat with separate private entrance in the back with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. The granny flat is available upon request and will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. Up to eight people can comfortably share the two spaces.
The fully-fenced backyard boasts plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities. Swim in the saltwater pool, dine alfresco under the shaded patio area, or take advantage of the separate rumpus room which is fully-equipped with toys and a table tennis table to keep your kids entertained.
Whether you are seeking a fun-filled holiday packed with activities, or a tranquil, relaxing getaway, you’ll find all that and more here. Sleep restfully in the four comfortable bedrooms, each of which is fitted with a comfortable mattress, plush bedding, and charming decor. All bedding and linens are provided and included as part of the cleaning fee this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. You are welcome to wash your clothes in the fully furnished laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
Cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you’ll need to prepare meals and hot beverages throughout your stay. Gather around the indoor dining room table for group meals or dine al fresco under the covered outdoor patio area. Enjoy movie nights on the smart TV in the living room, which is equipped with comfy couches and plenty of space for a group to comfortably gather.
There is ducted heating and air conditioning throughout the main house and a ceiling fan in the granny flat to ensure your comfort. Stay connected with high-speed 5G Wi-Fi The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.
Guests are welcome to park cars in the double carport attached to the house. There is also additional off-street parking for a further three. Pets are welcome on application but we ask that you keep your pets outside at all times. The rear yard is fully-fenced and there are two vaulted pergolas providing ample shade on the deck to keep your beloved pets comfortable.!
Our house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties (including hens and bucks parties) and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
