Summary: The hotel was pleasant overall, and our room was clean and spacious. However, we had some issues with not having hot water in the bathroom for a few days, which made showering and using the bathtub difficult. The problem was resolved eventually, but only after several attempts. The AC also never really cooled the room as expected — even with the temperature set to 19°C (the lowest it can get) the room never reached that level. While this wasn’t a major problem during our December stay, it may be uncomfortable for guests visiting in the summer
