Interior features a renovated Kitchen with Dining table, Living Room, 3 Bedrooms, and 2 full Baths. Enjoy a rinse under the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. Soak up the sun in the private yard on the ocean side, with a separate deck with grill for enjoying picnics or sunset cocktails.
Access to the beach is right the door and over a new stairway.
This property does NOT have heat.
